Trying really hard (x 2days)

Ok, yesterday I made up in my mind to cut out all this mindless eating and snacking, and get serious about planning and eating what I planned. For the past week I would just track everything, and all the junk (like that was doing anything special) and then I would get frustrated when the scale wasn't moving... yeah, I know, what is wrong with me?
Well after just one day of staying within my calorie range my body responded... I know it was probably water and sodium induced weight but a change is a change.
It did wonders for me to see the scale finally going down for a change instead of up and up and up.
I hope to make it to new "lows" in the coming days and weeks.
Now what is hard is to stick with the plan. Tonight I had a rehearsal and we needed to make dinner once we got home. That was prime time for grazing but I was able to keep it under control with the help of the Holy Spirit ( that strengthens me!) I had one slice of a freezer pizza and I ate my portion of dinner had some water and left the kitchen...truly my old mindset was waiting and is trying to tempt me but I am typing this and getting ready to go to the basement for a quick workout before bed.
(I need to grade some papers, but if I stay up to do that I WILL eat... I know it) SO, off to bed I go.
Well, here is to day 2 of discipline! Thank the Lord
and I am looking to plan out my tomorrow - on Fridays I usually blow it...Oh boy.
