Ugh, spring in new england.

I need motivation today. This morning I was really really craving pancakes, but I did good I had a yogurt and some almonds. (my brain said, HEY THIS IS NOT PANCAKES!!) but I told it to shut up! and for lunch I did fairly well and had minestrone soup and some salad. I WANTED the special they were serving, steak and cheese flat bread pizza! *sigh* eating clean is HARD!!! now I am craving something sweet. I WANT chocolate. I ate a fruit cup of grapes and watermelon.

Now I need some motivation to get up and move. it's 12:30 and only at 2,156 steps. I have a lot of typing to do at work so that is not helping. it is also raining and BLECH out.

sorry for the whining post, but I feel like a 5yo who isn't getting her way!
What happened to my get up and DO IT attitude I had yesterday!!!

    I just made a chocolat mousse made from avocados, agave nectar, cocoa powder, vanilla, and almond milk! Takes care of that chocolate craving and it is good for you.
