Need a Swift Kick in the Pants

I haven't been very motivated this week. I was prepared, had my little chart on the frig to check off boxes everyday. But somehow I let time get away from me. I work 12 hr shifts on Sat and Sun so I don't get much exercise then, unless I can get the guys moving somewhere like the YMCA or park. Mon and Tue, I was out of town ( with Chad in hospital). I got a little in most days, but I'm trying to get a lot more. Maybe next week will be more normal. Only lost 0.1 pound last week.
