After researching Spark Premium and finding reviews from sparkers who use it, I decided to take the plunge and invest in it. I am so glad that I did!!
SparkCoach is my favorite feature on the program. It breaks up tasks into more manageable and organized ways to utilize spark people. It begins with check-ins on how well you did with your nutrition and fitness goals within a 24 hour period. One of the Sparkpeople coaches, whether it be Sparkguy, Chef Meg, Coach Nicole, or Dr. Birdie ( a former sparker who lost about 150 pounds on SP), give you motivation and advice on following the program and how to live a healthy lifestyle. It allows you to click on tracking for nutrition, exercise and goals you have chosen with the help of SP, and encourages community involvement in Sparkpeople leading you every step of the way.
It also includes premium tracking of your data related to your specific logging of nutrition and fitness. So for all of you nutrition and fitness geeks, you have a wealth of accurate information that can turn into daily, weekly and monthly data all based on your diet and exercise logging.
I look forward to logging into SparkCoach everyday to get my motivation and practical instructions to follow, leading me a few steps closer to my health and fitness goals. SparkCoach rocks!!
