Day 4: Getting used to this again

I have been exercising regularly so doing good with that however I have not been logging the food till today so I started logging my food today so I am hoping that regardless what I eat it turns out to not be as bad as it could have been however I am going to examine it carefully tonight. I am very happy with my results so far though because I have succeeded in losing 1 lb. that is one lb closer to my goal.

    Excellent. I never believed in tracking food until things really started clicking for me on Spark. I got in the habit of logging EVERYTHING, the good, bad and the ugly and it was an eye opener for me. It helped me get into reading food labels (what? a bowl of ice cream is not one serving????) emoticon

    And it helped me make healthy snack swaps. If nothing changes, nothing changes right?

    Tracking absolutely works! I've been doing it so long it is really second nature and you are so right; when you look back over the day or week you can see where you've been successful and where you'd like to improve.
