Day 4: Getting used to this again

I have been exercising regularly so doing good with that however I have not been logging the food till today so I started logging my food today so I am hoping that regardless what I eat it turns out to not be as bad as it could have been however I am going to examine it carefully tonight. I am very happy with my results so far though because I have succeeded in losing 1 lb. that is one lb closer to my goal.
