May Challenge - Bone Broth Diet - Day 2

Well, I made it thru the day!!! Funny thing, I wasn't real hungry and the food that I ate kept me full. I feel pretty good about today's accomplishments both for work and health.
I thought controlling my food while working from home would be difficult, but I guess it is just discipline.
I did an early morning treadmill workout for 30 minutes = 1.76 miles which will be good for my step challenge. Then 1 went to the health club during lunch and did a class for 45 minutes.
Overall, today was a good day.
Tomorrow will be just a treadmill workout, and healthy eating from the Bone Broth Diet recommendations.
