May Challenge - Day 3, Only 4 more days until week 1 is over

Made it! And I don't feel hungry, THAT is amazing.
I did a morning treadmill workout, and switched it up with intervals. Most likely won't do running since last time I caused plantar fasciitis in both feet. That was painful and recovery took years to resolve. Happy to report, I don't have it now.
Tomorrow is a office day...I normally work from home which is a great benefit. I'll make sure I bring my bone broth so that I don't get tempted.
Tomorrow morning workout and evening workout class.
