Day 5 - Mini Fast

Today is my fasting day, so fluids. I had a few servings of bone broth and broke the fast 5:30p. Still watched my portion size. I really like the recipes in the Bone Broth Diet book. Especially the breakfasts, I'm a breakfast person.

I felt pretty good during the day. But had to save my treadmill workout till the evening. (23 min = 1.35 miles) It's starting to get very hot so, it's better for me to go later in the day of I don't do the workout in the morning.

I've been pretty constant with portion control and working out.

Tomorrow, treadmill workout early and a afternoon fitness class.

Only 2 more days until week 1 is over, I'll report my weight tomorrow. Fingers crossed that I'm in the 156 range.

    Fasting is supposed to make you smarter...I read that recently (from a reputable spice that I can't remember but I only read articles like this from reputable sources!).
