One thing I have learned in the last couple of years is that although the number on the scale is important, the best way to determine some progress in your efforts is by how your clothes are loosening up! This is such an empowering feeling!! I have decided to only weigh myself once a month unless my clothes start getting tighter! When I slide into a pair of yoga pants and I can pull them on much easier than b4, I feel so great and it puts me in a good mood to know I'm doing something right!! And it's a big motivator to push myself harder because it's working!! #motivation #goals
