May Challenge - Day 7 - Down 3.3 lbs

I'm happy to report, I'm down 3.3lbs since starting a week ago.
This is mostly a result of eating better, consistent with at least 30 minutes of workout daily, mostly walking and 3x week strength training.
Now I know that week 2 can be difficult while I'm adjusting to this, so my expectations are not as high for weight loss, but I'm more focused on eating right and controlling portion size.
Need to go shopping today so that I can do meal prep tomorrow.
Staying focused for week 2.
