May Challenge - Day 8 - Starting week 2

It's a new week, week 2 to be exact.

I have to admit the fasting is tough for me, but am doing them on Sundays and Thursdays.

This week in upping my workout, my goal is 6k steps a day and 2.0 miles daily on the treadmill. I'll continue my classes 3x week.

Finished all my meal prep for the week. I'm starting to like preparing the weeks food. It is so convenient when working.

My goal is 1.5 - 2 lbs for the week. I know that week 2 is usually the tough one, we will see.
