Plateau Madness

Have been on a plateau of sorts for quite a while so my two daughters and my grandaughter have a challenge to lose at least 10 lbs. by Canada Day, July 1st. Anyone that doesn't lose their 10 lbs., has to pay the others $5.00 each. Needed some kind of incentive so this is it. Wish me luck!

    You can do this!! Change your foods around & add fish at least 3 x a week, it has always helped me! I also drink water w/lemon or lime juice to flush me out. You can do this!!
