I belong to a TOPS Club and attend meetings every week. I've gained four pounds in the past two weeks and my doctor is wondering what's going on with me. I blamed my eating on stress. But that's not true. I eat mindlessly. emoticon

Yesterday I decided to go back to tracking my food on Sparkpeople. I can now see where I've been overeating and hope to lose weight next week at TOPS. My goal is to stay full (when I'm hungry, I eat anything in sight) and eat healthy. While at the grocery store this morning, I bought yogurt and fruit. I'll eat that instead of cookies.

Tracking my food has always been the answer for me. But sometimes I bring sugary stuff into the house and they are easy eats. No more! Summer is coming and I want to fit into my shorts and bathing suit again.

Good for you because tracking food really does help, just as you would track all of your expenditures from your check later.
    Good luck!
