Tomorrow starts the 8 week challenge for the Sunnies and I am excited to be starting back. I have gained almost 15 lbs and need to get back on the wagon and take them back off. this is my summer plan!
Exercise: at least 120 minutes of swimming and 60 minutes of boot camp every week. This is a good mix of cardio and strength.
Food Log: using MFP and staying in calorie range is the plan. I also need to eat more whole foods and less processed. Will be tracking sodium and fiber as well.
Hydrate! Am setting 100 oz as a daily goal, with only one or two cups of coffee.
