Summer 5% Challenge - Are You Ready?

Do you...

- Want to lose up to 5% of your current weight?

- Need an excuse to change up your existing workout routine?
- Need to be held accountable?

Are you ready to commit to...

- 8 weeks of dedication, participation, comradery and living the good life?
- Weighing yourself once a week before a set deadline?
- Posting your exercise minutes each day before midnight to help your team win?

I've always had trouble with motivation and getting the job done, but my first 5% challenge (from this past Spring) really got me out of my seat and moving! I was a fabulous Weight Warrior, and for the Summer challenge I hope to be a Cloverleaf!

So if you're ready and pumped, pop (or jog, or power walk, or walking lunge, or star jump) on over and get signed up for a team of your choice! The challenge starts on June 24th!
