I weighed my self for the week and I am down only .2, I will not do what i have done in the past, I will not throw my hands in the air and eat what i want. I guess i just have to work harder fir the upcoming week.
Little scale secrete..weigh yourself more then once a 10 to 30 seconds apart and see if you get a different number. My scale always says 3 to 6lbs heavier when I move it and then after it settles I am lighter. 1428 days ago
