Disappointed

I weighed my self for the week and I am down only .2, I will not do what i have done in the past, I will not throw my hands in the air and eat what i want. I guess i just have to work harder fir the upcoming week.

    2 pounds is great! I loose about 1 pound a week. That is fine. It didn't go on overnight. It won't come off overnight.

    Little scale secrete..weigh yourself more then once a 10 to 30 seconds apart and see if you get a different number. My scale always says 3 to 6lbs heavier when I move it and then after it settles I am lighter.

    I have only lost 2 lbs a month for 5 months and then my body balanced and I just dropped 6lbs this week. Just keep plugging away.

    I just read this today on the member feed: "Almost ALL scale movements are the result of fat burn that happened days, or even weeks ago!". So, what you do now is important for your weight loss in the next few days, even weeks. You are right to stay committed. Track food and exercise religiously!
