It's summer time ALREADY!! I'm planning to use my time wisely this summer to release some unnecessary pounds and gain some much needed muscle. I joined the gym 2 months ago and haven't made a lot of time to get there... though I have been doing workouts at home and outdoors. Outdoor workouts are one of my favorite parts of summer!
For the next 3 months, I will get in at least 3 strength workouts a week
Journal at least 3 times,
Do at least 5 30 minute cardio session and
yoga/stretching for 30 minutes at least once a week
Simple enough... but I bet it will be effective and help me reduce my body fat % as well.

Also I'm down almost 12 pounds now and looking to refocus and keep the loss going throughout the summer. Whenever I get discouraged, I am going to do something HELPFUL like journal, drink some hot tea, do yoga, or go for a walk. No more self-sabotage or pity because I'm not where I used to be... I know I can do this AND I will. Working to lose another 10-15 by August hopefully and reduce my body fat.
