I haven't been to the gym in over a week. I have workouts scheduled, I just know I'm not going to go. I work nights and by the time I get off in the morning, the last thing I want to do is deal with all the gym people. I did manage to set a new step record for myself on Sunday with 34,500 steps ( Disneyland). So it's not like I haven't been working at all, it's just I'm not doing all that I'm supposed to do. And I know I would feel better if I did work out, but I just want to be able to take some time away from the gym and not be laden with guilt.
