I need a break

I have been exercising for 54 days straight, burning between 600 and 700 calories a day walking fast on my treadmill or outside. Been doing between 8 and 9 miles each day. Today, I feel like I have been hit by a truck. I am weak and sore all over. I may be dehydrated I think or it could be a reaction from my new osteoporosis medicine which I started on Thursday. I want to push myself out the door thinking I will be ok once I start, I usually enjoy working out. I think though that for today I should listen to my body and take a rest day so that hopefully tomorrow I will feel better to work out. I will just try and chill and I will eat healthy food within my calorie range. Have a great day everyone. Put some miles in for me today.😊
