My new concoction

Well, today, I tried a new kind of drink. It really is good and helps me to satisfy my sweet tooth, but with not too many calories. It is a kind of smoothie. It has blueberries, sugar free pudding(dry) a tiny bit of honey, and reddi whip, and skim milk--blended in a "magic bullet" with about 3 ice cubes. I know it sounds like a lot of calories, but it was only 157 calories, and worked for a great snack.
Sometimes, I just need something sweet without being full of calories.
