I still can't get my fitbit to track exercise. I'm going to google it, and see what I can do. I tried before and it told me how, and I did it, and it didn't correct it. I read that others have had this situation, so I'll keep working at it.

I've been going on an arc trainer. It is really awesome. It has several workouts to choose from. I may have written this before, but I know that the treadmill doesn't get my heart-rate up. The time is really going fast today. I couldn't believe it was 6:00 when it was. I remember when I was a kid how slow time went. Now that I"m older, it goes so quickly. I can't believe how old my grandkids are. They are getting so big. I'm kind of glad that they are not babies though. They are really fun to talk to.

Someone said that if you have different things going on each day, the time seems to fly by. It is when each day is the same that it plods and you do not remember as much.
