    As SWALLIS7 wrote, carbs are a struggle. They are simply addictive, addictive due to their impact on blood sugar and hunger.

    Eating Keto, so enough protein (just enough) and fat, and super low carbs keeps my hunger very even. Your 17 pounds down has to be an indication of that. Well done!

    Yeah. I kinda quit trying to loose but recently restarted and down 17 pounds! I tried weight watchers too...not for me

    It's been ages since you blogged. Are you finding "Keto" inspiring?

    Same for me. I tried weight watchers many years ago, but after a few months it all came back. However, very low carb has worked for me for the last 7 years. It is a way of eating.
