Summer Tone Up Journal: Constantly Recalibrating My Mindset

* What are you most proud of from the Bikini Series that you want to carry over into this challenge?

Even though I didn't quite make it through the full eight week cycle of the Bikini Series, I am proud that I lasted as long as I did. I feel like my mindset and body have changed for the better. I am pleasantly surprised at my body's improved physical capabilities and would love to see them improve even further.

* What is a new goal you want to tackle in this challenge?

I would like to actually get through the entirety of the Summer Tone Up challenge. This time, I don't want to allow myself be blindsided by illness or family issues; instead, I want to make the most of the challenge and use it as a comfort during these difficult times.

* How do you want to look and feel this summer? Close your eyes and picture yourself after completing this challenge. Who is looking back at your in the mirror?

I want even more inches to come off! I want my hair, skin and face to glow. I want to smile more and have an even more positive outlook. I want to get even closer to actually liking what I see in the mirror. I still have a long way to go, but the Bikini Series helped get me on the right foot.
