I made a commitment last year to login to Sparkpeople everyday for a year. And today is the day!! Sometimes a logged in, spun the wheel and left but most days I stayed to read content or try to get enough points to earn the bonus spin. This has taught me that I can do something everyday, even the days I don't feel like it or don't feel well. I have joined the small goals commitment team and am committed to added a new small goal every few weeks to get me closer to my large goal of getting healthier. Thank you, Sparkpeople for always being there!!
