short term goals rock

Well i think short terms goals are awesome. Trying to do something for 30 days so easy to give up or start strong then just stop.. cuz sick, stress whatever.

But with putting forth a goal that was only 7 days. I went big. 7 goals for 7 days. Not just changing one thing but changing 7. I had to be very structured to get it all in. But guess what it totally work and i was committed fierce for this past week.

Lost 2 pounds this week! Going from 126.8 to 124.. so actually a little over a 2 pound loss.
This is huge cuz i have not hit my target goal weight of 124 ( actually it was to get to 125 in a very long long long time) it was before i had my baby i was at that weight. I have been trying to loose the last 5 pounds since forever. I had been stuck at 130 forever... saw some movement on the scale and so crazy to be at my goal weight now.

Goal 1: What i learned about drinking water.
Fill up the water bottles first hing during the day. So i realize or not if i am drinking water. Alwasy bring my bottle of water to the gym.

Goal 2: Eating Window: Eating from 10-6
Its okay to wake up hungry. Not eating in the evneing and sipping on hot tea does the trick.

Goal 3: No Carby Carbs: Not eating Pasta, Bread, Dessert, poatoes
Um... okay. I think i might need to eat some carbs cuz i feel a little dizzy sometimes or light headed. I have really low blood pressure. So i think i might need some more carbs in my life espiecally on the days that i do interval training.

Goal 4: Kegels
Awesome i can feel my pelvic floor getting stronger. plus nicer abs :)

Goal 5 Exercise.
This has been awesome. I have been taking out my yoga matt at home, doing some strenght training off of youtube videos. On days where i cann't go to the gym i have taken long walks uphill. Really being active in my days then training to have just 3 days a week at the gym working hard. Rather than trying to go to the gym everyday.

Goal 6
Body Brushing
i love body brushing. Makes my skin smooth, wakes me up, and helps smooth out bumps on the skin.

Goal 7
Is amazing and has always helped me feel better. Doing if for 7 days just reminds oh yeah duh. that life force energy is a real thing.

Bonus of this week

I got an awesome complement from a friends saying that dam i look good.. ha ha was awesome to hear.

I lost 2 pounds!

My skin looks great. I think the juicing has helped my complexion and the body brushing has made the cellulite on my legs smoother. :)

So i have decided i am up for another 7 days. :) By the 4th day of this last week. I didn't even have to think that much about getting things done for my 7/7 i was just doing them. So excited to keep up the habits.

I think i will do another 7 days like this. But then after this next 7 days. Reintroduce more carbs to my diet like bread, and rice, potatoes.. ect. But curious to keep going with it for 7 more days to see what happens on the scale my body ect.
