Time seems to pass more and more quickly as I age. However, my weight does not come off with the same rapidity. On the other hand it is coming off, albeit slowly. Doing tracking is really helping though, as I can look back and see how far I have come. I still have a way to go but I'm still on track. Slight variations now and again but I'm still plugging away.
Using the challenges have also made a big difference to my mobility. When I restarted way back in 2013 I was taking painkillers four times a day at full dose because of my arthritis. Now I usually only need half doses and only three or four times a day. I hate taking pills anyway so this is a huge benefit to me.
No huge goals meantime, just to continue on my gradual adaptation of eating and exercises to get my weight down and eventually achieve my ultimate goal.
