Signing up for the 5% Challenge community

This summer I participated in the 5% Challenge, in which we divided up into one of fifteen different fantastic teams, then beginning on July 1st, spent the next eight weeks all working toward a common goal:
To lose 5% of our challenge starting weight (OR to lose up to 5% of our challenge starting weight in order to reach our maintenance goal). We even had some members who were already in maintenance and were using the challenge as a fun and friendly way to stay within their maintenance range!
This supportive community is nonjudgmental, and the weekly challenges focus on physical activity of your choice within your own ability or limitations, as well as building or maintaining healthy habits and lifestyle.
Since Fall and Winter have traditionally been difficult for me to remain physically active I am looking forward to the start of the Fall Challenge to give me that extra burst of motivation and accountability I need as I work toward my own goal of improving my health and fitness.
