9/24/17 - Kick off. Had a decent week, have some momentum. Let's do this.

Back at it. Had a decent week, but also have done a reading. Guess what, losing weight is hard. This time I am attacking it like a rabid, angry pit bull.
My goal by January 1st:
- Lose 20 pounds of body fat
- Lose 7% body fat by
Total Weight: 275.8 pounds
BF %: 35.2
Lean Body Mass: 178.72 pounds
Fat Body Mass: 97.08 pounds
Weight Loss Zone: 2016 to 2520 - Based on results of my VO2 Test
- Lose 20 pounds of body fat/7% body fat percentage by January 1st
- Train with a focus on VO2 Max. Improve it. Will get another screen in the new year.
