This Isn't Easy

Well I finally got my courage up and stepped on the scales, and just like that I found out that my 10 percent plan was just a plan.
In two weeks I lost .4 pounds. You're reading that correctly!
.4 pounds! At first, I'm not going to lie, I was depressed. Then I averaged out the weight I've lost since July, and it averages out to 2 pounds a week. Not bad for 60!
This is not as easy as when I was 20, but I'm in this for the rest of my life. So I guess I'll stop feeling sorry for myself and go walk.
I can do this! Right? Right!
