2017 Fall 5% Challenge starts today

Consistency was my goal through the spring and summer. I'm satisfied and happy with the progress I've made so far this year with dietary changes, but with the end of the 5% Summer Challenge I have become an "exercise slacker." Using the In Between Challenge for accountability, I managed to lose another 9 pounds since the Summer Challenge ended on August 26th, but will use the Fall Challenge for motivation to get my activity level back up to what it was this summer.
October 7th is our start date, December 2nd is the challenge end date.
Our individual weight on October 7th is our Fall Challenge Starting Weight.
Our individual 5% goal is found by multiplying our Fall Challenge Starting Weight by .05
Our individual Goal Weight is found by subtracting that from today's Starting Weight.
And so, we begin! It feels good to be on the road again! (Or perhaps I should say "in the air" again ???) May we all make progress toward our goals, whether we are participating in this particular organized challenge, or finding our way on another path!
