Diet pop

Been having some really rotten issues with joint pain and charley horses... Checking things out on line as I feel so crappie... I have only started drinking s lot of soda starting in the summer... That is why I looked it up .. so today I have quit the pop... I never even thought about it being such a bad habit...but the pains in my body have been so severe... Will stay on water tea and a bit of coffee for now...and give it 2 weeks... See if that helps😊
