First week - DONE!

Today was day number 8 of exercise. Started using a stationary bike last Tuesday, and my goal is to get on it every. single. day. Most of those days, I have gone for about an hour. A couple of days I gave myself a rest and only rode for 30 to 45 minutes. I see progress already. I can ride longer, and faster and I'm starting to do some small inclines. I can also see some changes in my appearance. It's slight, and I'm sure I'm the only one who notices, but my clothes are fitting just a bit looser today. I need to make a plan for healthy eating because I know that makes a huge difference, but for now I need to make exercise a permanent habit. I'll slowly make changes to my diet as I go along.
