Starting over again; Journal entries

10/25/17 Good morning! Today is off to a good start. I did my 10 min. exercise daily goal. I did coach Nicole 12-min chair. Even that was difficult. Today is day 3 on my small changes challenge. Which I completed for today. It consisted of eating breakfast. Had veggie omelet.
My current goals are: Breakfast, 10-min exercise, and write in journal. ALL DONE!
This morning the weather is great! House is quiet. Doors are open to let in breeze. Wind chimes ding so gently this morning. An occasional car travels down the road.
I feel at peace this morning. Hope I feel good all day.
