10/27/17 Day 3 journal entry

Dear Diary... Today turned out to be a surprising day. I went to Walmart & purchased a new scale. 5-6 days ago I weighed 275. My scale was saying I weigh 266lbs. That can't be possible to lose almost 10lbs in a few days. All I've been doing is following my program and achieving my goals... Which are few. Exercise 10 min a day, track food, write in journal, and do what ever new small challenge for the day is. So I get home with my new scale and step on it and I do weigh 265.6... WOW!!
Can't believe I lost over 9lbs. How can that be possible. Haven't really done anything major except watch my food.
BY THE WAY I DECIDED TO KEEP THE NEW SCALE IT'S PRETTIER!! And here I thought my old scale was broken.
