Slowly, surely

The weight is coming off. Weighed myself last night and the scale read 237.4, when before it would read 240 something. I am really proud of me! I have a best friend who has been encouraging me to stay consistent with working out, and pushing myself a little harder each day. I remember reading some years ago that losing the weight slowly is the BEST way. I'm praying it's true for me. I notice a change in my stomach and that space just under my boobs. It's getting small!
