No Excuses

Building strong habits - I always been active with a few exceptions. However, some of the activities I participated in my youth may have contributed to physical issues today. Namely, shoulder and knee problems. Nevertheless, I endure. It's frustrating to realize that I can't lift as much or run as far or as fast as I use to, but at 64 years old, I’m adjusting. My limitations are not excuses . . . anymore.
