In Regards To Exercising

Wednesday, November 08, 2017

For a very long time, I have not wanted to skip any day out of the week. I look forward to exercising every single day.

Exercising becomes a problem for me, when I'm on vacation, When someone is visiting me or when I am not feeling well.

Yes! I hate missing a day, and I must say I enjoy exercising.

I can't say I really enjoy exercise but I do enjoy getting outside to see and hear the world around me. I don't like to miss a day because in the past I would lose my motivation. When I had the flu recently I walked for ten minutes in circles though my main floor living space. No excuses. On the day I jammed my toe under the door and dinged it up I did an indoor barefoot workout and kept doing that for several days until I could get my shoe on comfortably. No excuses. When we are traveling my husband is supportive. We stop at a park so I can walk if the weather is nice or a mall if it's not so nice.

Same here! What helps me is "youtube workouts". It's so easy for me to pull up on my phone or tablet etc. I can get a quick 15-30 workout in before I start my day, without the need for the gym. You're doing wonderful we can't be perfect all the time, as long as we're consistent for the most part. emoticon
