Day 4 Diary Project Unlock

I think I like Unlock better. No weight loss this morning. My measurements are down again though. Monday's are my official weigh in days. Hoping for a 2 lb loss by then. I ended up burning 500 cals off in the gym, 2nd workout since starting this blog. I was shooting for 320, it's really hard for me to build up slow. I had a mishap after the first 220 cals burned and dropped my water, cup busted, water all over the floor. Shouldve snapped a pic but didn't think to, and when I got back on the machine my data was erased. Took a pic of my second half for my gym app but didn't know it would pull the info and chuck my pic!! It's not even on my phone. FAIL. 😂😂😂 Oh well. 3rd times a charm.
