New Strength Training Program

I struggle with strength training. I just don't know where to start, what to do... Just feel clueless...

So, I found an online program that helps you advance using what you have in your house. No gyms, no special equipment. They make it a game, as in completing quests to advance to the next level. They help your mindset, activity, and food. I am happy with my food log on Spark, so I won't do much of that. I may look at some of the Paleo recipes though. One of the quests was to measure and take pictures. I have not done that on here in quite a while, so I decided to share here as well. Hopefully, this will work out for me.






I usually post a comparison to the last photo, but I've lost some toning. You can look back if you like, but I need to get on track and stay there. I keep gaining/losing the same 8 pounds..... So, I hope this will help give me the jump start I need.
