What do i want for christmas to feel and look great!
My hubby works a lot during the christmas season and i end up eating a lot of meals just with my 5 year old. So the bonus to that is i can eat crazy healthy meals if i am plan because my husband won't give me oh, this tastes healthy face lol.
So i love the movie 28 days later and when i saw tomorrow its 28 days to christmas i was like yeah 28 days later.. i should do a health challenge for the next 28 days. I passed on the pie and ice cream this year at thanksigiving.. well i had wine instead lol.. but i i would love a reboot to head into the new year.. so why wait to new years eve.
I got really sick for the past 2 months... so could not execiese and had to spend a lot of time in bed due to my health condition. But the dr. have given me the go to get back to things and i am excited to get movng again and into healthier habits now that i can cook for myself ect.
So tomorrow is day 1! I love the ifrst day of a challenge. So what are some goals. Lots of healthy things.
1. Drink Water
2. No Sugar ( treats, pie, candy)
3. whole grains - or no carbs from pasta, grains, breads, most days.
4. eating in the window of 10-6pm ( or an 8 hour window)
5. Exericse everyday
6. Drinking Green Juice
7. Body Brushing
8. Eat lots of veggies
9. Cut out booze ( wine, beer,)
10. Drink Lemon Water
11. Body Brushing
12. Get 10-12 hours a sleep at night
The biggest goals are to cut back on sugar including carbs, eat in the window, and sleep! I think each week i will set a focus goal. :)
