Dec 8 leg strength is coming back!

Finally back to the best I have been on the bike in a year and a half!!!
30 minutes, 4 miles, burned 200 calories and kept pulse under 120. The 4 criteria I used in the past. Now to get the treadmill up to its top ability for me.

    Noticed big improvement on stairs this morning - no cane and moved quiet easily with less pain. More confident esp. on going down the stairs.
