My goals are basically always: SLEEP, FOOD, EXERCISE
Right now they are:
1. Go to bed on time (WHY is this SO hard?!!!)
2. Stick to food plan
3. Get at least 30 minutes of exercise per day. Preferably more.
It's 4.35 PM here so most of the sunday has been spent.
Yesterday I was in bed on time (11 PM) but read and journaled for 15 minutes and then could not sleep so I did not fall asleep until after 00.15 AM, sadly.
I took two longer walks with the dog. And stuck to my food plan except for eating two pieces of 'raisin bread' which I suspect has sugar in it. Today so far I have not had any products that contain refined sugars.
