... And I could not stick to my intention to avoid sugars. So, since we will have family gatherings and dinners and such on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday I decided to 'let go' and eat the foods everyone is eating. I do still want to try to hold on to a 'normal' eating pattern of 3 meals and 2 or 3 snacks though, so not graze all day long. And not eat absurd portions.
Then on Wednesday I hope I can go back to avoiding the sugar and just make a 'sugar free' (well, low in sugar) apple pie to celebrate on New Year's Eve.
