It is ON 2018. I see you, and you’re mine.
Starting weight: 201.6 (f*cking seriously)
Goal weight: 160 but really 150
Running mileage: 0
Mileage goal: 750
Plan:
1. Dry January, and hopefully beyond. Chardonnay-nay, I love you so much but you are making me fat and tired.
2. Gluten-free as much as possible.
3. Run Run Run.
4. And perhaps most importantly, actually prioritize myself and MY health and well-being, as opposed to just surviving while handling everyone else’s problems.
I’ll post monthly weight updates as I did in 2015. I’d like to see a 5lb loss each month.
As I’ve told my family, I love them, but they are making me F*CKING NUTS (and an alcoholic!)....so I have dubbed 2018 “THE YEAR OF MOMMY” and so, if it’s not a good choice for mommy, I’m not doing it.
