Interesting SparkCoach session today on finding your happy weight...essentially, don't get caught up in the scale results and track/focus on other items, such as cardiovascular condition, your body not getting in the way of you doing things, etc.
Good advice! For me to get down below the Obese category on the BMI scale I"d need to lose 40lbs, and to get out of the Overweight category, 70lbs. Daunting, depressing, tasks indeed (without chopping off my head, which is large in itself)....so let's focus on blood pressure reduction, glucose maintenance, and overall conditioning and exercise, rather than those hurdles on the BMI scale!
