Day 35

Real short and sweet tonight ... Tired
Had to work today, customer showed up late and it got me off to a grumpy start.

My eating wasn't too bad, cereal bar for breakfast, salad & cottage cheese for lunch and a roast beef sandwich for supper.
I did, however, snack on a couple of yeast rolls that hubby made and my latest favorite naughty ... Tootsie pops!

Tired and still grumpy this afternoon, the last thing I wanted to do was workout but I knew I would feel guilty if I skipped ... and that's worse!

So the streak continues!
Day 36 I'm coming for ya!!!💪💗👍

    PS. Question: Do you have a day (or 2) off each week from specific exercising? Like, a day of rest or even a day of activity like house cleaning, etc, that replaces the normal workout?
