Faith & depression

Wednesday, January 10, 2018

This article popped up in my email this morning, found it interesting & thought I'd share.
I'm not a church goer but am an avid believer in God, the power He has and the signs he sends (I truly believe they're there if you are open to seeing them).
I personally find that my faith helps me find the pin point of light when I'm caught in the darkest of places and to find meaning/purpose in the pain.

Synchronicity: signs that happen when we are in harmony with the spirit. In alignment with God. I look for them all the time. emoticon emoticon emoticon

I think we could all benefit from having faith in our lives. Mine has come in .... and then gone out.... like the tide each day.And like the tide’s coming and going, my degree of faith changes as the day goes on. Maybe there is a way to harness it...

I am the same as you, I do not believe in organized religions but I believe in a higher being. I pray daily and thank the being for support and kindness. A kindness I try to spread all around me through my actions. This has helped me through many sad and lonely times.
