Day 38 - not the best

Day 38 - Beyond anxious even before my feet hit the floor this morning.
Had a therapy appointment and after being made to try and understand my what and why fors of vulnerability, I left feeling worse then ever.
Had no real lunch, grabbed a cereal bar about 4pm
Went and did my workout ... mostly because I wanted to keep the streak going.
Had Tony's pizza and X# of beers for supper tonight ... and still about as uneasy as I was when I woke this morning.
That's about all they wrote for day 38 ... but hey, at least I got the workout in!
Day 39 ... May it be a better day 💪💗👍

    I can only go so long before I have a F'd up, processed carb over-load day. I think of it as my "rest day", we are suppose to have 2 rest days a week, so it works for me..It might not be the right way to goal, but it got me where I am...which, depending on how one looks at it...I'm okay with me, but I am not at goal, and might never ever get there...but I am okay with me.....I made it to day 9 before I ran into the carb monster and I ate him. Next day, I got back on track, and see how many days I can go without eating another monster. I call that success. I use to snowball my way into the following month..one or two f'd up days isn't gonna break me. Actually, nothing will cuz I work-out a lot..And you are working it girl! Keep doing what you are doing even if you have a few "rest days" here and there. And I think sometimes the anxiety comes from our body going through withdrawal. When we take away all the things we use to eat to sedate us, anxiety occurs...at least it does for me. Keep going. I think that you are doing great. emoticon

    X# of beers? LOL... thats pretty much my code for "more than I should have" in regards to sweets, cookies or chips, LOL. I too got a workout in today which makes me feel like I deserved those (x#) cookies ;)
