Today was a better day then yesterday, although I'm still not right.
The anxiety just doesn't want to go away!
The struggle to suppress it (to function and appear "normal") can be totally exhausting! ... especially considering all the Top go to comforts are not on the healthy list, or at best, only allowed in moderation.
I did go out with Hubby to have lunch and do a little shopping and that went off pretty smoothly, then came home and did my workout.
The exercise really does help, as much as anything does, it forces me to focus on the task at hand and helps with some of that jittery energy and muscle tension.
So, Day 39 was better then Day 38 therefore, I'm looking forward to up coming Day 40 and just know it's going to be a good one!💪💗👍
