Removing January Blahs...
Tuesday, January 16, 2018
By now many of you are feeling the snow BLUES from all the shoveling during the first half of 2018. I've been thinking of this DAILY as I hoist that shovel cleaning a double driveway. Most of my street neighbours pull out the snowblower & clean out 2-3 days after the snow hits. Initially I felt ticked as I manually removed ours...the burden is all mine now...Last week my hubby experienced chest pains 3 days after a very wet, huge dump...an ER visit with many heart related tests cleared his thought of a heart attack...he is NOT a SPARKER....but to be safe, I have taken on ALL snow duties for the future.
The exercise I am getting, fresh air & additional MUSIC time...have you ever cleared to a rhythm? This has me thinking of how BLESSED I am to be able to clear the snow with the strength I have...For you shovelers, keep your shovel LOW...below your heart line...clear as often as you can, it is EASIER & bundle up...enjoy your body that allows you to do this!
